Pre-registration for the

2007 Rockbridge Hunt Poker Ride

It would speed up registration if people could submit information in advance. Fill this form out for each rider. We'll print out a sheet for each person and have it at the registration table. You'll still need to sign a waiver and pay for your entries.

IF you rode in the Spring Hunter Pace (May 19) and IF you'll be riding the same horse and IF nothing else has changed (address, Coggins isn't out of date, etc.), just fill in your name on the form below. If you're not sure, please fill out the entire form. Thank you!

Juniors under 18 must have a waiver signed by parent(s) or guardian(s). It's available as a Word or PDF document.

Submitting this information electronically does not commit you to entering! You will not be required to pay entry fees unless you are there to ride on the day of the pace.

Including the Coggins information will help speed things up.
